By default, Statey will send statements to your customers from your chosen From name and our dedicated email address — messaging-service@email.statey.app

The below screenshots show how the email might appear in your customer's Gmail inbox if your From name is set to 'Zenith Accounts':

On our Pro Plan, you can customise the From name and From address by adding some provided DNS records to your domain name. In most cases, you'll want your custom From address to match your Reply-to address.

To get started:
  1. Upgrade to the Pro Plan.
  2. Email us at support@statey.app, and provide us with the email address you want to send from. For example, 'accounts@your-example-domain.com'.
  3. We'll send you some DNS settings to configure with your IT team.
  4. We'll activate your custom domain once the DNS settings are confirmed.

When your custom sending domain is active, an email to your customer will appear like the below screenshot.
