Statements in Excel file format

Standard and Pro plan feature


By default, Statey generates and sends statements as a PDF file.

On our Standard and Pro plans, you can choose between PDF file format, Excel file format, or both.


Enable the Excel file format for your automated statement runs

Step 1

Open your schedule's 'Settings'.

Step 2

Click on 'Statement Content' from the sub-menu, and select 'an Excel document' under 'General Options' > 'Attach statement as'.


Manually choose Excel file format statements

When sending and downloading statements manually, you can choose between PDF and Excel file formats.

Downloading

After opening an individual customer, you will see both PDF and Excel file options under the 'Download' dropdown.

Sending

When sending statements to an individual customer or a group of customers, you will see both PDF and Excel file options at the bottom of the sending screen that pops up.
