How to reconnect Statey and Xero
Sometimes, the connection between Statey and Xero can reset and needs to be reauthenticated. It is similar to being logged out of an online account.
You can easily reconnect Statey to your Xero organisation.
If Statey and Xero disconnect, automated statements will be paused, and synchronisation will not be possible until reconnected.
Reconnect in 3 steps:
Step 1
Go to https://www.statey.app and 'Sign In with Xero.'
Step 2
When signed in at https://www.statey.app/dashboard, click 'Reconnect now.'
Step 3
You will be taken to Xero's authorisation page.
Select your organisation from the dropdown and click 'Allow access.'
Multiple Organisations
If you have multiple disconnected organisations, you should repeat the above steps for each one.
Switch between your organisations by clicking the dropdown at the top left and clicking on the organisation name.
