Exclude customers from automated statement runs (ie. the 'Don't Send List')

You can exclude a customer from receiving automatic statements in two ways:

First Option

From the Dashboard - www.statey.app/dashboard - click on the customer you want to exclude.

Click the 'Included in scheduled statement' toggle on that customer's page.

The status will change to 'Excluded from scheduled statement'

Second Option

From the Dashboard - www.statey.app/dashboard - click on 'Preview' to preview your next automated statement run.

Clicking 'Included' next to the customer's name will change their status to 'Excluded'.
